Jeff Zook brings more than 25 years of experience creating facilities that are well-planned, well-designed, and cost-efficient.
With deep expertise in architectural programming, Jeff focuses on understanding the people who will use a space and the ways they will move through it. He leads the design and production team for every project, coordinating architectural team members and engineering consultants toward a clear, cost-effective solution.
His work spans high-density residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and governmental buildings. This wide-ranging perspective helps him bring lessons from one project type to another, creating solutions with both breadth and precision.
Jeff’s technical expertise produces detailed, thoughtful work products that help minimize construction RFIs and change orders, so the design stays clear from first conversation through completion.
